In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damage item, please send us a message/picture of your damage lash through our email at Delcarmenluxuryeyelashes@gmail.com. Lashes are considered damaged if you at first receive a faulty pair, not after you have worn or touched them.

TRACK YOUR DelCARMEN SHIPMENT

After your order ships, you can track your shipment(s) and see which carrier is delivering your package(s) anytime at DelCARMENLashes.com/orders We’ll also send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

After your order leaves our distribution center, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s). If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly.
